This event will award both JV and Varsity Divisions for both male and female athletes. Teams will be scored for using average of Top 5 DOTS scores for each team. Current Roster
This meet will have two sessions and two platforms per session.
Lifting Schedule for ALL Lifters
Check Ins will open at 8:00 AM
Weigh ins 8:30-10:00 AM
Rules 9:45 AM
Lifting 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
Awards and Doping control to immediately follow.
Eligibility:
Open to all High School members of USA Powerlifting NO qualifying total required.
Membership cards can be purchased here: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/
Uniforms:
Either a one piece lifting suits or gym shorts (no basketball shorts). As well as non-supportive briefs without legs for competition and weigh-ins.
