ROSTER
Eligibility:
Open to all USA Powerlifting members. NO qualifying total required. Massachusetts and New Hampshire lifter will compete in their own category. Out of state lifters (non-MA/NH) will compete as guests.
Membership cards can be purchased here: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/
Uniforms:
One piece lifting suits are mandatory for all contestants. As well as non-supportive briefs for competition and weigh-ins. Long shin length socks for deadlifts. All equipment must conform to USAPL standards, supportive suits, shirts, and wraps.

PARKING: PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING those spots are reserved for the businesses in the front of the Plaza. There are extra parking lots close by, if there is no parking in the building lot we will send you to those lots.

Weigh Ins 12:00-1:30 PM
Lifting 2:00-3:30 PM
Awards and Doping Control to immediately follow.
The event will be scored by DOTS combined MA and NH residents. Out of state lifters will compete as guests in their own division
Reminder that you need an updated 2023 Membership
You may have your membership on your electronic device.
Coaching and Spectator fee $15 a day.
Awards for Bench and Deadlift will be given for top 3 Best Lifters by DOTS (light, middle, heavy divisions) and best lifters for age groupings based on DOTS and Age coefficient
American Records can be set.
