Tentative Schedule:
We will determine schedule after registration is closed.
Session 1: Junior Varsity (8-10th graders)
Athlete Check in: 7:00 AM
Weigh-ins: 7:30-9:00 AM
Competition: 9:30 AM-Noon
Awards and Drug Test Protocol immediately follow lifting.
Session 2: Varsity (11-12th graders or JV lifters that have acheived a HS nationals qualifying total)
Athlete Check in: 11:30 AM
Weigh-ins: 11:00-12:30 PM
Competition: 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM
Awards and Drug Test Protocol immediately follow lifting.
Eligibility:
Open to all High School members of USA Powerlifting who reside in MA, RI, CT, NH, VT, ME or atttend a school in one of those states.NO qualifying total required.
Membership cards can be purchased here: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/
Uniforms:
Either a one piece lifting suits or gym shorts (no basketball shorts). As well as non-supportive briefs without legs for competition and weigh-ins.
