Eligibility:
Open to all USA Powerlifting residents of Massachusetts. NO qualifying total required. Non-residents of Massachsuetts will be allowed in as guests if there is space on April 1, 2022 and compete as guests.

This meet is NOW open to all Members of USA Powerlifting. Massachusetts and Rhode Island members will place within their own respective state championship. Open lifters will place according to weight class and totals, age divisions will be grouped together according to number of registered athletes, scored by points and age formula. All out of state lifters will be grouped into a guest division and placed according to points formula.
Uniforms:
One piece lifting suits are mandatory for all contestants! As well as non-supportive briefs without legs for competition and weigh-ins. All equipment must conform to USAPL standards, supportive suits, shirts, and wraps must manufacture by approved manufacturers. For further clarification, please

Schedule of Events:
Session 1
All 48-75kg Men and Women, All Women Guests
Check Ins will begin at 6:00 AM. Weigh-ins 6:30-8:00 AM
Lifting 8:30 AM-12:00 PM
Awards and Drug testing protocol will immediately follow.
Session 2
All 82.5-90kg Men, All 82.5-100+kg Women, All Men Guests
Check-ins begin at 10:30 AM Weigh-ins 11:00 AM- 12:30 PM
Lifting 1:00-4:00 PM
Awards and Drug testing protocol will immediately follow.
Session 3
All 100-140+kg Men
Check-ins 2:30 PM Weigh-ins 3:00-4:30 PM
Lifting 5:00-8:00 PM
Awards and Drug testing protocol will immediately follow.
Weight Class Change: If you need to make a change in your weight class it needs to be done by June 13th Change Form
Personal Attire: All lifters must wear attire that meets the specification in the USA Powerlifting Rulebook. (Lifter's Handbook) Common mistake made: underwear that is either two long, underwear or shirts made of Underarmour type material, no long socks, wrong size belts or belts with padding.

Coaches: Athletes will only be allowed TWO coaches per lifter. Coaching passes are $15 per session or $30 for all day. If the coach is not a current USAPL member they must fill out the USA Powerlifting Waiver form: WAIVER FORM

Spectators: Are $10 per session or $20 for the day. Spectators will not be allowed into the venue until 30 minutes before lifting starts. The hall will be cleared after awards for each session. Only CASH or Venmo will be taken at the door.
